During COVID-19
Counsellors Crystal Nash, Brenda Verch and Doha Moharram share the approaches they can offer during COVID-19:
Crystal Nash, RP, CCC, MA
During the current dynamic many of us are reflecting on our connections, experiences and values. It takes courage and curiosity to explore your life and relationships, and to assess how you want to navigate your life's journey. I am collaborative, empathetic, and grounded in respect. I offer over 25 years of experience, including an MA in Conflict Studies. My approach is integrative and drawn from Narrative, Trauma Informed, MCBT, Self-Compassion, and nature-focused perspectives. My areas of specialization include anxiety, trauma, life transitions, grief, and abuse dynamics (intimate partner, sexual, spiritual, community, childhood, and inter-generational).
I am accepting new clients and am offering phone and video sessions via Doxy.me.

Brenda Verch, MA
I am a mental health counsellor who works with people who struggle to cope with their day to day life. People who are experiencing anxiety, grief or depression. Many people might never have thought that therapy would be something they would need. But then, who would have thought we would be in the situation we are all in. I am currently available to support anyone struggling to understand and cope with their lives. This situation has left many of us feeling overwhelmed, scared and confused. I can help by listening and giving you the time you need to process your thoughts and feelings.
I can connect with you via phone or video chat using Doxy.me.
